Compliments Comments Concerns Within our two homes we endeavour to provide the highest possible standards of care and of service to our residents and their families, to all of those companies with whom we do business and to all of our visitors. Whilst we try to get it right first time, we may not always succeed. We rely on you to tell us if we fail to please. We also hope that you will tell our staff if you have any suggestions or ideas that may improve our service, or indeed, tell them if you think they are doing a good job. Should you have a concern our complaints procedure is displayed in each home and attached to the Terms and Conditions. We have a suggestion box for your convenience located in each home. We promise to treat all comments seriously, to respond promptly and do our utmost to put things right. |
